Stuffed Cremini Mushrooms:

  Cremini mushrooms stuffed with herbed goat cheese and served on a bed of crushed chilli marinara sauce.

 

Baked Brie Filo: 

Brie cheese wrapped with filo pastry and served with sliced apple grilled calabrese stick and smothered with a honey butter walnut sauce and topped off with raspberry coulis.

 

 

Main Course

 

Choose one of the following:

 

Portobello Striploin:

10 oz Striploin steak grilled to your liking and served with a portobello mushroom

demi-glace and served with seasonal vegetable and potato.

 

Almond Cranberry chicken:

10 oz boneless chicken breast dusted with almond flour and fresh herbs served with a cranberry and rosemary jus, served with seasonal vegetable and potato.

 

Chipotle herbed salmon fillet:

8 oz salmon grilled salmon fillet served with a fresh herb and lemon compound butter and topped with chipotle caramelized onions

 

Dessert

 

Choose one of the following:

 

Homemade Tiramisu:

 

Lady fingers dipped in espresso coffee with amaretto,

 layered with mascarpone cheese and coco powder

 

Berry cream Pastry:

 

Fresh berries layered between puff pastry and whipped cream
