Mini Chimichanga and an enchilada combo. A chimichanga is a flour tortilla folded with you filling and Monterrey Jack cheese than deep fried. An enchilada is a corn tortilla doubled over your chosen filling, lightly topped with ancho pepper sauce and cheese than baked.
